Meet Doctor Lisa and The OE Team
Introducing Dr. Lisa
Dr. Lisa is an Orland Park native that began serving the Kankakee County area in 2011 after graduating cum laude from The Illinois College of Optometry. She fell in love with the community and resides here with her family. Her philosophy on patient care starts with being a good listener; hearing concerns and then tailoring recommendations to each patient and their specific needs.
Our Story
Dr. J and Drew worked together for ten years, building a strong professional relationship and developing a close friendship along the way. Throughout their partnership, they discovered shared goals, values, and a mutual commitment to excellence, both in business and in life. Guided by the principles of "Faith Over Fear" and "Trust Your Gut," they were inspired to embark on the journey of founding The Optical Edge—an endeavor driven by a shared vision of innovation and a dedication to providing exceptional optometry services to our close-knit community.

Dr. Lisa Jeziorny
With over 20 years of experience in the field of optometry, Dr. Lisa Jeziorny brings both expertise and genuine care to every patient interaction. She began her journey interning for a pediatric optometrist during college, where she developed a lifelong passion for eye care and a deep appreciation for personalized, attentive service.
At The Optical Edge, Dr. Jeziorny offers comprehensive eye health exams, contact lens fittings, and a curated selection of eyewear to help patients see—and feel—their best. Known for her attentive listening and down-to-earth approach, she has built a practice where patients feel heard, respected, and welcomed.
The office is known for its positive, relaxed vibe, and Dr. Jeziorny and her team take pride in connecting with each patient on a personal level. Outside the office, Dr. Jeziorny stays just as busy as she is at work—raising her three active daughters and cherishing every moment with them.

Drew Dunlap is a passionate business builder and customer service extraordinaire, bringing warmth, leadership, and a strong service ethic to her role as a partner at The Optical Edge.
With a deep commitment to creating exceptional patient experiences and a talent for growing meaningful business relationships, Drew helps shape the welcoming, patient-first environment that sets The Optical Edge apart.
When she's not helping grow the practice, Drew enjoys spending time doing most anything outdoors and cherishes making memories with her family and seven fun grandkids.

Nina Torres
Nina has loved being able to help people and grow in her career since starting in the optical industry in 2006. Nina manages the optical department with unmatched expertise and dedication to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for each patient. She specializes in frame selection, lens fitting, and helping patients navigate vision insurance, always aiming to deliver personalized and attentive service.
Known for her attention to details and commitment to quality care, Nina ensures every patient leaves with confidence in their vision and style!
Outside of the practice, you might catch Nina at one of her favorite coffee shops, The Well, or enjoying her time with family and friends!
